as independent mortgage advisers, Wentworth financial services do not charge their clients a broker fee since they are paid commision from the lenders for arranging a mortgage through them. However, being independent they do offer customers the choice to pay an upfront fee of 0.5 percent of the loan amount (min £500 + VAT ). Commison would then be passed on once the mortgage is set up.
